• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced.
• Cut potato and carrot into fries.
• Place veggies on a lined oven tray. Sprinkle over sesame seeds, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and toss to coat.
• Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.

• Meanwhile, cut tomato into wedges.
• In a medium bowl, combine beef mince, classic roast seasoning, the egg,
fine breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt and pepper.
• Using damp hands, shape the beef mixture into evenly sized patties
(2 per person).

• When the fries have 10 minutes remaining, in a large frying pan, heat a
drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook beef patties until just
cooked through, 3-4 minutes each side.
• In last 1-2 minutes of cook time, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over
patties and cover with a lid so cheese melts.

• Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine mixed salad leaves, tomato and a
drizzle of white wine vinegar and olive oil. Season to taste.
• Divide veggie fries, tomato salad and cheesy beef patties between bowls.
• Top with BBQ sauce to serve. Enjoy!
