• Boil the kettle • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over high heat • Slice capsicum • Cook capsicum, tossing, 3-4 mins • Add beef strips and seasoning and cook, tossing, until browned, 2 mins • Season

• In a medium heatproof bowl, place couscous and stock • Add boiling water (3/4 cup for 2P / 1 1/2 cups for 4P) and stir • Immediately cover with a plate and leave for 5 mins.
