
Warmer weather calls for light and bright salads and boy have we got the ultimate salad for you! Succulent pork steaks are glazed in our flavourful chipotle sauce and served up on a bed of cos, radish and creamy avocado. Pickled onion and a squeeze of lemon pull it all together.

Have a BBQ? Preheat BBQ to high heat. When BBQ is hot, grill pork loin steaks until charred and cooked through, 2-4 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate, add mild chipotle sauce and the honey, turning pork to coat. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
