Dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Thinly slice vintage five forks cheese. Cut croissants horizontally.
Place croissant bases on lined oven tray. Spread with Dijon mustard and top with double smoked leg ham and cheese. Top with croissant tops. Bake until golden and cheese is melted, 5-8 mins.
Divide ham and cheese croissants between plates.
FRESH TIP: Add a fried egg to your croissant to serve for some extra protein.
