Preheat oven to220°C/200°C fan-forced. Thinly slice tomato and Totara Tasty Cheddar. Cut croissants in half horizontally.
Divide Cheddar and tomato between croissant bases. Top with croissant tops and place on an oven tray. Bake until cheese is melted, 5-8 minutes.
Divide croissants between plates.
