• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. • Cut potato into fries, then place on a lined oven tray. • Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat, spread out evenly, then bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.
Little cooks: Kids can help toss the fries.

• Meanwhile, thinly slice celery.

• In a medium bowl, combine sweet soy seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil. Add pork loin steaks and turn to coat.

• Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. When oil is hot, cook pork until cooked through, 3-4 minutes each side (depending on thickness). • Remove pan from heat, add sweet chilli sauce and turn pork to coat.

• In a second medium bowl, combine shredded cabbage mix, celery, Japanese dressing and a drizzle of vinegar. Season to taste.
Little cooks: Help combine the ingredients for the slaw!

• Slice the pork. • Divide fries, celery slaw and sweet chilli-glazed pork between plates. • Serve with mayonnaise. Enjoy!
