Pork Mince
• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. Cook pork mince, breaking up with a spoon, until just browned, 3-4 minutes. • Add Tex-Mex spice blend, and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. • Remove from heat, add a splash of water and mix to combine.
• In a large bowl, deluxe salad mix, a drizzle of white wine vinegar and olive oil. Season.
• Microwave mini flour tortillas on a plate for 10 seconds bursts until warmed through.
• Build tacos by spreading tortillas with smokey aioli, then top with slaw, Texan pork and shredded Cheddar cheese. Enjoy! • If you've added a fancify bundle, then top tacos with roasted tomato salsa, sour cream and torn coriander.
