Garlic & Herb Seasoning

Balsamic & Olive Oil Dressing

• Boil the kettle • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over high heat • Cook beef, breaking up with a spoon, until browned, 3-4 mins • Stir in seasoning (1/2 sachet for 2P / 1 sachet for 4P), garlic paste and spinach and cook until wilted, 1-2 mins • Stir through sugo. Remove from heat
• Half-fill a saucepan with boiling water • Bring to the boil over high heat, then add tortellini and cook until ‘al dente’, 3 mins • Using a slotted spoon, transfer tortellini to the frying pan along with a dash of pasta water • Toss to combine, then season
• Thinly slice cucumber • In a bowl, combine cucumber, rocket and balsamic dressing (1/2 bottle for 2P / 1 bottle for 4P) • Toss and season to taste • Serve beef ragu and tortellini with salad and torn parsley leaves
