
If you like bold flavours and Asian cuisines, you’ll love these pork tacos! We’ve dialled down the chilli but kept the tasty garlic and umami flavours for an easy-to-eat taco that will appeal to everyone.

Julienned Carrot

• Shred cos lettuce (see ingredients).
• Thinly slice apple (see ingredients) into sticks.
• Cut pork loin steaks into 1cm strips.
Little cooks: Help wash and tear the cos lettuce!

• In a small bowl, combine Asian chilli dressing and the mayonnaise Set aside.

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat.
• Cook pork strips in batches, tossing, until golden, 2-3 minutes.
• Remove pan from heat, then add garlic stir-fry sauce, the soy sauce and a splash of water. Turn pork to coat. Set aside.
• Meanwhile, microwave mini flour tortillas on a microwave-safe plate in 10 second bursts, until warmed through.
TIP: Cooking the meat in batches over high heat helps it stay tender.

• Spread each tortilla with some chilli mayo, then top with some lettuce, apple, julienned carrot and garlic-glazed pork strips.
• Sprinkle with crushed peanuts (see ingredients) and tear over coriander to serve. Enjoy!
