• Roughly chop green butter lettuce.
• Thinly slice celery.
• Thinly slice apple into sticks.
• Slice lemon into wedges.
• Discard any liquid from beef strips packaging.

• Heat a large frying pan over high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
• When oil is hot, cook beef strips and herb & mushroom seasoning in
batches, tossing, until browned and cooked through, 1-2 minutes.
• Remove pan from heat and return all beef to pan.
• Add the honey and toss to coat.
TIP: Cooking the beef in batches over a high heat helps it stay tender.

• In a large bowl, combine lettuce, celery, apple, dill & parsley mayonnaise,
a squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
• Toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

• Divide apple-celery salad between bowls.
• Top with herbed beef and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over walnuts.
• Tear over parsley and serve with any remaining lemon wedges. Enjoy!
