Preheat the oven and get prepped

• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. 
• Chop cauliflower into small florets. 

Roast the cauliflower

• Place cauliflower on a lined oven tray. 
• Sprinkle over garlic & herb seasoning and mixed sesame seeds. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and toss to coat.
• Roast until tender and brown around the edges, 20-25 minutes. 

Finish & serve
