Diced Bacon

Pineapple Slices
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Drain and roughly chop pineapple. Thinly slice mozzarella.
Lay pizza bases on a flat surface, rough side down. Spread evenly with pizza sauce using back of a spoon. Crumble over diced bacon. Top with pineapple, mozzarella and smoked cheddar cheese.
Place pizzas directly on a wire rack in oven and bake until base is golden, 10-12 minutes (use two wire racks if your pizzas don't fit). TIP: Placing pizzas directly onto wire racks helps base to crisp up. Enjoy!
Top the pizzas with rocket for extra veggies.
