Raspberry, Amaranth & Blackcurrant Granola

flaked almonds

Oat Milk

Heat a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Toast flaked almonds, tossing, until golden, 2-3 minutes.
In a serving bowl, add a layer of raspberry, amaranth & blackcurrant granola (store leftover granola in an airtight container).
Pour some oat milk over granola. Top with berry compote. Sprinkle with toasted almonds to serve.
FRESH TIP: Drizzle over your favourite nut butter!
