Pineapple Slices

Toasted Vanilla Almond Muesli
(Contains: Tree Nuts; May be present: Milk, Peanuts, Soy, Sulphites. )

Oat Milk
(Contains: Gluten; )
Drain pineapple slices. Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Cook pineapple until charred, 2-3 minutes each side.
In a serving bowl, add a layer of toasted vanilla almond muesli (store leftover muesli in an airtight container!).
Roughly chop charred pineapple. To the bowl, add some oat milk and top with pineapple.
FRESH TIP: Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Toast some shredded coconut until golden, 2-3 minutes and sprinkle over!
