• Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. • Remove plastic film from cheesy beef cottage pie container. • Place pie container on an oven tray, then bake pie until piping hot inside, 40-45 minutes.
TIP: Using a microwave instead? Poke a few holes in plastic film. Microwave pie (in packaging) on high until piping hot inside, 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and let stand for 1 minute before peeling back the film.
• Meanwhile, thinly slice radish. • When the pie has 5 minutes cook time remaining, combine mixed salad leaves, radish and a drizzle of white wine vinegar and olive oil in a medium bowl. • Season with salt and pepper.
• Divide cheesy beef cottage pie between plates. • Serve with radish salad. Enjoy!
