Mini Flour Tortillas

Shredded Cabbage Mix

garlic aioli

vinegar (rice wine or white wine)
• Finely chop garlic. Slice cucumber into thin sticks. Thinly slice onion. Grate the carrot.
• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. When oil is hot, cook pork mince and onion, breaking up with a spoon, until just browned, 4-5 minutes. • Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. • Add the soy sauce and hoisin sauce (see ingredients) and cook until combined, 1 minute.
• Meanwhile, microwave mini flour tortillas on a plate in 10 second bursts, until warmed through. • In a medium bowl, combine shredded cabbage mix, garlic aioli, a drizzle of vinegar and a pinch of salt.
• Bring everything to the table to serve. • Fill tortillas with slaw, carrot, cucumber and Vietnamese-style pork. Enjoy!
