Roughly chop Asian greens. Finely chop garlic.
In large frying pan, heat drizzle of olive oil over high heat. When oil is hot, cook chicken, tossing occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 2-3 minutes. Add soffritto mix and Asian greens and cook, tossing until tender, 2-3 minutes.
Cook sweet soy seasoning, flour and garlic until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Add chicken-style stock powder and the water and bring to a simmer and cook until the chicken is cooked through, 5-10 minutes. Using tongs, remove the chicken from the saucepan and set aside on a chopping board. TIP: Chicken is cooked through when it's no longer pink inside. Enjoy!
