
Sweet and savoury pork is the star of this crowd-pleasing meal. Easy and satisfying, these tacos come together in a snap with lots of veggies for everyone to build their own and join in the fun! *The current labour shortages have impacted availability of ingredients across the entire food supply chain. • Finely chop garlic. Shred cos lettuce (see ingredients). Thinly slice celery. • Grate carrot.
Little cooks: Kids can help wash and tear the salad leaves!

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. • When oil is hot, cook pork mince, breaking it up with a spoon, until just browned, 4-5 minutes. • Add garlic and another drizzle of olive oil and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. • Add the soy sauce and hoisin sauce (see ingredients) and cook until combined, 1 minute.

• Meanwhile, thinly slice fresh chilli (if using). • Microwave mini flour tortillas on a plate for 10 second bursts, until warmed through.
Little cooks: Help warm the tortillas with oven gloves and under adult supervision. Be careful, the plate can get hot!

• Spread a thin layer of garlic aioli over tortillas. • Top with some cos lettuce, carrot, celery and pork. • Garnish with chilli to serve.
