280 g

1 packet
Shredded Cabbage Mix
1 packet

2 tsp

(Contains: Soy May be present: Gluten)
1 drizzle

1.25 cup
water
½ tbs
honey
½ tbs

(Contains: Sesame)

• Add the water to a medium saucepan and bring
to the boil.
• Add jasmine rice, stir, cover with a lid and
reduce heat to low. Cook for 12 minutes, then
remove pan from heat and keep covered until
rice is tender and all the water is absorbed,
10-15 minutes.
• Drain, rinse with warm water and set aside.
TIP: The rice will finish cooking in its own steam so
don’t peak!

• Meanwhile, thinly slice celery and radish. Finely chop garlic. • In a medium bowl, combine salmon, garlic, a generous pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Set aside. • In a small bowl, combine sweet soy seasoning, the soy sauce, the honey and sesame oil. Set aside. Little cooks: Kids can help combine the ingredients for the sauce.

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. • When pan is hot, cook salmon, skin-side down first, until just cooked through, 2-4 minutes each side.

• Reduce heat to medium, then add the honey-soy mixture, turning salmon to coat. Stir until slightly reduced, 1-2 minutes.

• Meanwhile, combine shredded cabbage mix, celery, radish and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Little cooks: Help combine and toss the slaw!

• Slice salmon (if preferred). • Divide rapid rice between bowls. • Top with honey-soy salmon and creamy celery slaw. • Spoon any remaining sauce from the pan over salmon to serve. Enjoy!
