Heat a medium frying pan over a medium-high heat. Toast flaked almonds tossing, until golden, 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, add a layer of raspberry, amaranth & blackcurrant granola to a serving bowl.
TIP: Store any leftover granola in an airtight container!
Pour some soy milk over granola. Top with berry compote and toasted almonds to serve.
