Toasted Vanilla Almond Muesli

Tinned Mango
Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Toast shredded coconut until golden, 2-3 mins.
Meanwhile, drain tinned mango and roughly chop.
Add a layer of toasted vanilla almond muesli to each bowl (store leftover muesli in an airtight container!). Pour over oat milk. Top with mango and toasted coconut. Enjoy!
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Toast your favourite nut or seed tossing, until golden, 2-3 minutes. Once cooled slightly, sprinkle over!
