Toasted Vanilla Almond Muesli

Tinned Mango
Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Toast shredded coconut until golden, 2-3 minutes.
Drain tinned mango and thinly slice.
In a serving bowl, add a layer of toasted vanilla almond muesli (store leftover muesli in an airtight container). Top with some soy milk, mango and toasted coconut. Enjoy!
FRESH TIP: Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Toast your favourite nut or seed, tossing, until golden, 2-3 minutes. Once cooled slightly, sprinkle over!
