250 g
Pork Mince
1 sachet
All-American Spice Blend
1
Flatbread
(Contains: Wheat, Gluten; May be present: Milk)
1 packet
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
(Contains: Milk; )
1 packet
Burger Sauce
(Contains: Eggs; )
1 drizzle
olive oil

• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced.
• Cut potato into fries and place on a lined oven tray.
• Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and toss to coat.
• Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.
TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide fries between two trays.

• Meanwhile, finely shred cos lettuce.
• In a medium bowl, combine pork mince and All-American spice blend.
• Spread pork mixture evenly over one side of each flatbread.

• When the fries have 10 minutes remaining, heat a large frying pan over
medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
• Cook flatbreads meat-side down until pork is just cooked through,
4-5 minutes (cook in batches if your pan is getting crowded).
• Carefully transfer flatbreads, meat side up, to a second lined oven tray and
sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake until golden and cheese is
melted, 3-5 minutes.
Little cooks: Take the lead by sprinkling the cheese over the flatbreads!

• Divide cheesy pork cheeseburger flatbreads between plates.
• Drizzle burger sauce over flatbreads.
• Serve with cos, fries and any remaining burger sauce. Enjoy!
Little cooks: Add the finishing touch by drizzling over the burger sauce!
