
Bring it in and gather around because you don’t want to miss your chance to get a taste of these tacos. Tonight, pack them with mayo, hoisin sauce beef and a sesame slaw. Mayonnaise

vinegar (white wine or rice wine)

• Finely chop onion (see ingredients) and garlic.
• Grate carrot.
• Slice avocado in half, scoop out flesh and roughly chop.
Little cooks: Don your goggles and have a go at peeling off the onion's outer
layer!

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. When oil
is hot, cook beef mince and onion, breaking up with a spoon, until just
browned, 4-5 minutes.
• Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.
• Remove pan from heat, then add hoisin sauce, sweet soy seasoning, the
soy sauce, brown sugar and a splash of water to the pan, stir until just
combined, 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

• Meanwhile, combine shredded cabbage mix, avocado, carrot, the sesame
oil and a drizzle of vinegar in a medium bowl.
• Microwave mini flour tortillas on a plate in 10 second bursts, until warmed
through.

• Spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise over tortillas.
• Top with some avocado and sesame slaw and hoisin beef to serve. Enjoy!
