
Bring a burst of North Africa to your dinner table with this premium, ready-to-assemble Moroccan lamb tagine that's packed with rich and aromatic flavours. Simply heat through your slow-cooked tagine, toss your minty carrot salad and top with toasted almonds and natural yoghurt. Warm up your fluffy flatbreads on the side and you have yourself a gourmet, fuss-free meal. We’ve replaced the mint in this recipe with parsley due to local ingredient availability. Natural Yoghurt

vinegar (balsamic or red wine vinegar)

• Place lamb tagine in a microwave-safe bowl.
• Cover with a paper towel or plate, then microwave on high in 2 minute
intervals, stirring in between, for a total of 6-8 minutes, or until heated
through.

• Meanwhile, place flatbreads on a lined oven tray. Drizzle each with olive oil
and season with salt.
• Bake until warmed through, 4-7 minutes.
TIP: You can also microwave flatbreads on a microwave-safe plate in 10 second
bursts until warmed through.

• In a large bowl, combine baby spinach leaves, julienned carrot and flaked
almonds, then tear in parsley leaves. Add a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar
and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

• Divide Moroccan lamb tagine, flatbreads and parsley carrot salad between
plates. Serve with natural yoghurt. Enjoy!
