• Boil the kettle. In a large heatproof bowl, add couscous and chicken-style
stock powder.
• Add the boiling water (3/4 cup for 2 people / 1 /2 cups for 4 people) and stir to combine. Immediately cover with a plate and leave for 5 minutes.
• Fluff up with a fork and set aside.

• Meanwhile, add broccoli florets and a splash of water to a microwave-safe
bowl, then cover with a damp paper towel.
• Microwave broccoli florets on high until just tender, 2-4 minutes.
• Drain broccoli, then return to the bowl and allow to cool slightly.

• While broccoli is steaming, discard any liquid from beef strips packaging.
In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat.
• When oil is hot, cook beef strips and Mediterranean spice blend in
batches, tossing, until browned and cooked through, 1-2 minutes.
• Remove pan from heat, then add the honey and a splash of water, tossing
to coat.
TIP: Cooking the meat in batches over a high heat helps it stay tender

• To the bowl with couscous, add broccoli, mixed salad leaves and balsamic
& olive oil dressing. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.
• Divide green couscous between bowls. Top with Mediterranean beef and
garlic dip.
• Roughly chop roasted almonds if preferred.
• Sprinkle over almonds to serve. Enjoy!
