Cooking Steps

1
1

• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Cut potato into fries. Place on a lined oven tray. Season with salt, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle over mixed sesame seeds (see ingredients) and toss to coat. Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes. TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide between two trays.

2
2

• Meanwhile, thinly slice radish and cucumber. • In a medium bowl, combine beef rump, sweet soy seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil.

3
3

• When the fries have 10 minutes remaining, in a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. • When oil is hot, cook the beef for 3-4 minutes each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your liking. Remove pan from heat and add sweet chilli sauce, gently turning beef to coat. Transfer to a plate to rest.

4

• While beef is resting, combine cucumber, radish, mixed salad leaves, ponzu sauce and the sesame oil in a large bowl. Season to taste. • Slice beef. • Divide sweet soy beef, sesame fries and ponzu cucumber salad between plates. Serve with mayonnaise. Enjoy!
