
Our version of the beloved Turkish street food comes together in just 15 minutes, bringing all the deliciously bold flavours straight to your dinner table. Spiced lamb mince and baby spinach get wrapped up with melty mozzarella and tomato in a toasted wrap, then served with a side of creamy garlic dip and a squeeze of lemon to really bring it home!

(May be present: Eggs, Fish, Milk, Almond, Wheat, Gluten, Soy, Sesame)

• Heat a large frying pan over high heat.
• Cook lamb mince (no need for oil!) and chermoula spice blend, breaking up with a spoon, until just browned, 3-4 minutes.
• Add baby spinach leaves and cook until just wilted, 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.


• Place large wraps on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave on high, until warmed through and softened, 1 minute.
• Spoon lamb mixture over one-half of each wrap, rough-side down, then top with tomato. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then fold over to form a half-moon.
• Cook gözleme in a sandwich press until golden brown and cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes.
TIP: Warming the wraps through helps them roll easily without tearing!
