Cooking Steps

Get prepped

• Slice cucumber into half-moons. Roughly chop baby spinach leaves. Thinly slice fresh chilli (if using).

Make the dressing

• In a medium bowl, combine Japanese dressing, ponzu sauce and a drizzle of olive oil.

Make the salad

• Add Asian slaw mix to the dressing, along with baby spinach and cucumber. Tear over coriander and toss to combine.

Serve up
4

• Divide crunchy Asian slaw between bowls. Drizzle over sesame dressing. • Top with roasted peanuts, crispy shallots and chilli. Enjoy!
