Pineapple Slices
Drain the pineapple slices. Heat a large non-stick frying pan (or use butter to grease a regular frying pan) over a high heat. Add the pineapple and cook until charred, 1-3 minutes each side.
Meanwhile, add a layer of toasted vanilla almond muesli to the bottom of each bowl.
Roughly chop the pineapple. Add the Bonsoy soy milk and top with charred pineapple. Store leftover muesli in an airtight container! Enjoy!
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Toast some shredded coconut until golden, 2-3 minutes and sprinkle over!
