• Thinly slice celery and pear. Grate the carrot. • In a small bowl, combine Korean stir-fry sauce, garlic paste and a splash of water. Set aside.
Custom Recipe: If you've doubled your beef strips, cook beef strips in batches for best results.
• While the beef is cooking, combine shredded cabbage mix, carrot, celery, pear, mayonnaise, the sesame oil and a drizzle of vinegar in a large bowl. Season to taste.
• Divide sesame pear slaw between bowls. Top with Korean-glazed beef. • Sprinkle with crispy shallots. Garnish with torn parsley to serve. Enjoy!
