• Trim and thinly slice radish. Thinly slice cucumber. Halve tomatoes • In a small bowl, combine tahini and garlic dip • Toast or grill flatbreads to your liking.

• Heat olive oil in a frying pan over high heat. Cook chicken, seasonings and currants until browned and fragrant, 3-4 mins • In a large bowl, combine mixed leaves, radish, cucumber, tomatoes, chicken mix and cider dressing.

• Roughly chop almonds • Divide salad and flatbreads between plates • Top with almonds and torn herbs • Serve drizzled with tahini and garlic dressing
