Cooking Steps

Thinly slice cucumber. Thinly slice spring onion. Cut lemon into wedges.

Halve the everything bagels. Toast or grill to you liking.

Transfer bagels to serving plates. Spread with some cream cheese and top with cucumber, spring onions and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with remaining lemon wedges.
