Cooking Steps

1

• Boil the kettle. Thinly slice carrot into half-moons. Roughly chop Asian greens. • Half-fill a medium saucepan with boiling water. • Add basmati rice and a pinch of salt and cook, uncovered, over high heat until tender, 12 minutes. • Drain and set aside.

2

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. Cook pork mince, breaking up with a spoon, until just browned, 2-3 minutes. • Add carrot and trimmed green beans and cook, until tender, 2-3 minutes. Add Asian greens and cook until just wilted, 2-3 minutes. • Add garlic paste and cook, until fragrant, 1 minute.

3

• Remove pan from heat, add hoisin sauce, the soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil and stir until combined.

4

• Divide rapid rice between bowls. • Top with hoisin pork stir fry. Garnish with crispy shallots. Enjoy!
