If you need a way to bring a bit of interest and love to back to dinner, then we have a solution! Tender and spiced chicken, oven-baked fries and a refreshing apple slaw tossed through our tangy mustard mayo.
1
apple
320 g
Chicken Thigh
1 sachet
Classic Roast Seasoning
1 packet
Shredded Cabbage Mix
3
Potato
1
mustard mayo
(Contains: Eggs May be present: Milk)
1 drizzle
olive oil
1 tsp
honey
15 g
butter
(Contains: Milk)
1 drizzle
vinegar (rice wine or white wine)

• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. • Cut potato into fries, then place on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and toss to coat. • Spread out evenly, then bake until tender, 20-25 minutes. Little cooks: Kids can help toss the fries!

• Meanwhile, thinly slice apple into sticks. • In a medium bowl, combine classic roast seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil. Add chicken and turn to coat.

• When veggies have 10 minutes remaining, in a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
• Cook chicken thigh, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 14-16 minutes. Remove pan from heat, then add the honey and turn chicken to coat. Transfer to a plate to rest.
TIP: Chicken is cooked through when it's no longer pink inside.

• Meanwhile, combine apple, shredded cabbage mix and a drizzle of vinegar and olive oil in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. • Slice honey-butter chicken. • Divide chicken, fries and apple slaw between plates. Serve with mayonnaise. Enjoy!
