• Thinly slice radish and cucumber. Roughly chop tomato • In a small bowl, combine tahini and garlic dip • Toast or grill flatbreads to your liking
• Heat olive oil in a frying pan over high heat. Cook chicken and Middle Eastern seasoning until browned and fragrant, 3-4 mins • In a large bowl, combine mixed salad leaves, radish, cucumber, tomato, chicken mixture and balsamic dressing
• Slice flatbreads into quarters • Divide chicken salad between bowls. Top with almonds and torn parsley • Drizzle over tahini-garlic sauce. Sprinkle over sumac seasoning (1/2 sachet for 2P / 1 sachet for 4P) • Serve with flatbreads
