Custom Recipe: If you've added diced bacon to your meal, sprinkle bacon over the pizza, then place on the wire oven rack and bake as above.
• Meanwhile, roughly chop cucumber. • When the pizza has 5 minutes remaining, combine mixed salad leaves, cucumber and balsamic & olive oil dressing in a medium bowl.
• Slice chorizo and salchichon pizza. • Divide pizza between plates. Serve with balsamic cucumber salad. Enjoy!
