Little cooks: Take charge by combining the seasoning!

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
• Cook peeled prawns, tossing, until pink and starting to curl up, 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
• Wipe out the frying pan, then return to medium heat with the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce (see ingredients) and the water. Stir until slightly reduced, 1-2 minutes.
• Return prawns to the pan and toss to coat.

• In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage mix, apple, garlic aioli and a drizzle of vinegar and olive oil. Season to taste.
• Divide rice and creamy apple slaw between bowls. Top with sweet-soy and chilli prawn. Spoon over any remaining sauce from pan.
• Garnish with crispy shallots to serve. Enjoy!
