Cooking Steps

• Thinly slice cucumber into half-moons. Thinly slice apple.

• Roughly chop roasted almonds and herbs.

• To a medium bowl, add salad leaves, grated Parmesan cheese, apple, cucumber, a pinch of salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss to combine.

• Divide apple and Parmesan green salad between plates. Drizzle over balsamic glaze (see ingredients). Sprinkle over almonds and herbs. Enjoy!
