
Everyone loves a stir-fry so we’ve packed this one full of a bounty of flavours and hidden treasures. Juicy chicken breast has been partnered with hoisin sauce for a match made in heaven, along with stir-fried veggies and fluffy rice. Add a sprinkling of crispy shallots for extra crunch!

Microwavable Basmati Rice

Asian Stir-Fry Mix
1 sachet
Coriander
1 drizzle
olive oil
1 tbs
soy sauce
(Contains: Soy May be present: Gluten)
½ tbs
vinegar (white wine or rice wine)
1 tsp
sesame oil
(Contains: Sesame)

• Cut chicken breast into 2cm chunks. • In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. • When oil is hot, cook chicken, tossing occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 5-6 minutes. • Add Asian stir-fry mix and garlic paste and cook until tender, 2-3 minutes.
TIP: Chicken is cooked through when it is no longer pink in the middle.

• Remove pan from heat, then add hoisin sauce, the soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil and stir until combined.

• Microwave basmati rice until steaming, 2-3 minutes.

• Divide rapid rice between bowls. • Top with hoisin chicken stir-fry. Garnish with crispy shallots and tear over coriander to serve. Enjoy!
